How do I file my bi-weekly unemployment insurance claim?

• In PA, you’re expected to file claims every two weeks through the PAT telephone service.
• To access this service, dial the PAT number in your area and follow the instructions.
• When you call PAT, you’ll need your Social Security Number and your PIN number (which you’ll receive in the mail after you file your initial claim).
