Keystone Home Loans
Provide home loans with low interest rates and fees to eligible buyers.
Closing Cost Assistance Program
Provides a deferred payment non-interest bearing closing cost assistance loan (you don’t have to start paying the loan back right away and you aren’t charged any interest) of up to $2,000 if you qualify for the Keystone Home Loan PLUS Program.
Purchase Improvement Program
Allows buyers who qualify for a Keystone Home Loan or a Keystone Home Loan PLUS to purchase and make basic improvements or repairs to a home with one transaction. Buyers may include between $1,000 and $15,000 of eligible repairs with a conventional PHFA first mortgage.
Homestead Second Mortgage Program
Provides eligible buyers with a non-interest bearing (you aren’t charged any interest) second mortgage for a down payment and closing costs. Loans range from $1,000 to $15,000.
Special Programs for People with Disabilities
Provides buyers with a disability or a disabled household member with a PHFA or Fannie Mae home loan, as well as funds to make access modifications to the home they buy. Closing cost and downpayment assistance loans are also available to eligible buyers.
